Thank you for choosing Meon Neon. Because every sign we ship is custom-built to order, your timeline includes both production and transit. This page explains how we handle production, shipping, tracking, and any issues that come up along the way.

Order Processing

Once your design is finalized, your payment is processed, and you've approved your final mockup, your order moves into production. You'll receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of payment.

If we need additional information to begin production — such as design clarification, dimensions, or a corrected shipping address — we'll reach out before your order enters the factory queue.

Production Time

All Meon Neon signs are handmade to order. Standard production takes 3–5 business days from the time your design is approved and your order is confirmed. Larger or more complex signs, commercial projects, and orders with special features (UV printing, custom backings, multi-piece installations) may take longer, and we'll communicate any extended timeline before production begins.

Before your sign ships, our team performs a full quality control inspection — including illumination testing, dimension verification, and a photo review against your approved design.

Shipping Time and Carriers

We ship via FedEx Priority as our primary carrier, with DHL used for select destinations. Carrier selection is based on your delivery address and the size of your sign.

Estimated transit times after your sign leaves our facility:

  • Domestic (United States): 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–14 business days for most domestic orders, longer for international.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, customs, or peak shipping periods, and we'll keep you informed if anything affects your delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements of your sign. Your final shipping cost will be confirmed in your quote and order summary before you complete payment.

Multiple signs of the same design may qualify for a volume shipping discount — ask your sales representative for details.

Tracking Your Order

Once your sign ships, you'll receive an email with:

  • The carrier name (FedEx or DHL)
  • Your tracking number
  • A direct tracking link
  • The estimated delivery date

We monitor every shipment in transit and will reach out proactively if we see any exceptions or delays before you do.

Shipping Destinations

We ship throughout the United States, Canada, and to most international destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing your order and we'll confirm availability and provide a quote.

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your shipping cost and are billed separately by the carrier or customs authority upon arrival.

Local Pickup and Installation

Customers in the [local service area] can choose to have their sign shipped to our shop for in-person pickup or professional installation. This option provides a final on-site quality check and an opportunity to see your sign in person before it goes home with you. Pickup details and scheduling will be coordinated by your sales representative after production.

If you've purchased professional installation, we'll contact you to schedule once your sign has arrived at our shop.

Packaging

Every sign ships in custom protective packaging designed specifically for neon. This includes:

  • A rigid outer box sized for your sign
  • Multiple layers of cushioning and foam inserts
  • Weather-resistant outer wrapping
  • "Fragile" and "This Side Up" labels on multiple sides
  • Clear handling instructions for the carrier

Your installation guide is included inside the package.

Shipping Insurance

All Meon Neon shipments include carrier insurance at no additional cost to you. If your sign is damaged, lost, or stolen in transit, you're covered — see the next section for what to do.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging, take photos before opening when possible.

If your sign arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the damaged packaging and the sign itself.
  2. Keep all original packaging materials.
  3. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at [support email] or through our warranty form at [warranty form URL].
  4. We'll file a carrier claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement.

If your sign appears lost in transit (tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days), contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the resolution.

Most damaged-in-transit claims are resolved with a free replacement and expedited shipping. We do not require customers to handle carrier claims themselves.

Delivery Issues and Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout, and we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update the address before your sign ships, but once a tracking number has been issued, address changes may incur carrier fees.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs.

Warranty

Every Meon Neon sign comes with a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering materials and workmanship. Our LEDs are rated for 100,000+ hours of use. To file a warranty claim, please visit [warranty form URL] or contact our team directly.
