Gift card questions
How does the recipient get it?
Tick "I want to send this as a gift", add their email, a note and a send date. We email the card to them. Leave it unticked and it comes to you to print or forward.
Can they use it on a fully custom sign?
Yes. They can design text signs in our Text Designer and pay with the card at checkout, or send us their idea (logo, artwork, anything) and we set up the order so the card can be applied.
What if their sign costs more than the card?
They pay the difference at checkout. Any leftover balance stays on the card for next time.
Does it expire?
No. Meon Neon gift cards never expire.
Do sale codes work?
Discount codes cannot be applied when buying a gift card, but the recipient can use any active code when they spend it.
